@@JeebyTubehopefully the wilfs fork over a head coach amount of money to BFlo. Maybe make him the assistant head coach? And then spend as much as you need to on the staff around our 2 main coaches. The staff budget is only determined by the amount an owner is willing to spend after all.

Our staff is full of good people. These coaches will all get their shot at some point. The Shanahan effect. Or Bill Walsh effect. New breed of coaches coming up. Dominant Defense is going to come back in style very soon.

Why? Wes is doing a good job with the offense, and it's not a play calling position with Kevin handling that. If anything, he's jumping the line and going head coaching somewhere next year.

I remember when we lost Tomlin, this feels the same with Flores. I hate that feeling. I wish y’all would pay him as a head coach and ask him to stay. Him KOC and kwesi deserve it. I hope the owner see that!!!!

I believe that Flores is the highest paid coach (defensive, offensive, assistance etc.) in the NFL that is not a head coach.

Some of these guys just want to coach, they have no interest in being head coaches. Hopefully flores got a taste of it and just wants to coach the defense.
