Josh McDaniels is the most qualified coach to develop Maye period. He has a proven track record of developing quarterbacks and as a play caller. The fact that he has a unique offense is an advantage, not a disadvantage. For 20 years the Patriots unique offense was a huge advantage because it’s harder to prepare for. Ultimately it comes down to talent and execution but that offense has a track record of producing with good talent and a great quarterback. Get a oline that is good across the board and develop Maye at an elite level. If you do that you will have an offense that you can compete for Super Bowls
