How does this man not have his own show? How is this man not in more voice roles with animation companies? Josh has got so much talent that he needs to star in more movies. Disney make it happen!!!

I'm only to the Matthew McCaughnehey GPS bit, but don't know which impression is better. They are both great lol. "Sometimes you gotta put your car in reverse it you wanna move forward" got me lol

I'm sorry but Morgan Freeman is King of the GPS! LOL Can you imagine how the Prequel Trilogy would have turned out if Morgan Freeman had been cast as Mace Windu instead of Samuel Jackson? He would have distracted the Sith and Anakin with his voice!

Josh, you're among the top of my list of best impressionist. Up there with Frank Caliendo, Jay Pharoah, Godfrey, and Kevin Spacey. Awesome stuff. The synergy you had with Craig made the Late Late Show such a golden nugget amongst late night tv shows.

I remember the nights Drew Carey was the guest host. It was so bizarre seeing him do it in the old studio, so soon after the show had ended. I kept waiting for the camera to pan over to Geoff or to Secretariat.
@soscobra4 жыл бұрын
Was this something they did until Corden took over the show?
@aperson222224 жыл бұрын
@@soscobra Craig left before Christmas, Corden took over at the end of March. From January through March they had a handful of guest hosts, some of whom used Craig's studio, some of whom did not. I think there were nine total. Offhand I can remember Drew Carey, Sean Hayes, Kunal Nayyar, and the late Regis Philbin.

Small world. Josh was inspired by Drew who had his own show which Craig was one of the cast members. Then both Craig and Drew moved to CBS and then Josh voiced Geoff on the Late Late Show with Craig. Wow. What a small world.

@tracykingston96682 жыл бұрын
This is what he was born to do. Some people are just naturally gifted at certain talents like a baseball pitcher, a football quarterback, a race car driver, a singer, a guitar player etc. Ferguson is at improv comedy interacting with guests and audience members. Josh and Craig working together on the show were gold and having the gay skeleton robot in the show was genius. imho.

You do Morgan Freeman better than Morgan Freeman himself. You have every exact little quirk and gesture in his voice that he does. I am in amazement everytime I hear it. I do some voices as well, which include, Herman, Lily and Grandpa Munster. And when I do them, I put in every enuncitaion, right down to the sound of their teeth. It's hard to get a voice just right, but when it clicks, you got it and brother YOU GOT IT!!!!! I would be so honored to meet and work with you some day.

Morgan Freeman spent his life honing his accent, inflections, phrasing, articulations, which words to emphasize, which parts of words to emphasize, to draw a desired emotional reaction from the listener. And a wisecracking comic comes along and just imitates it. LOL

But hey, I think I'll stay up awhile longer to watch Craig & Geoff, that should make it better". But now at 8-8:30pm I think "Nothing left to do but go to sleep & face another fukup day tomorrow". You two guy's Always made me laugh no matter how bad things were. What I'm saying in short is: Thanks Josh & Craig for the good times. And for helping me through some bad times. I miss ya'll & wish ya'll the best of luck in everything you two do.

Craig and Josh were the best late night TV, imo, since David Letterman. No one has matched the content, laughs, sincerity and back and forth since. I barely even watch TV anymore (only for stuff like the olympics) I stream, tiktok, or KZbin now, because FTA TV just doesn't have the pizazz like it used to. Wow @ some of the criticism on here. Doing known impressions with new material is NOT the same as "doing the same old impressions." I'm familiar with JRT's work and I thought this routine was hysterical. You also have to remember, this is what he DOES. Did some of you expect him to come out and yodel & tap dance just because it's something "different?" My only "complaint" is I think stand-up is almost beneath him. This incredible talent deserves his own SHOW.
