Just found this utube channel yesterday. I got tired of NBC and bravo wanting money to watch the old shows with so many commercials. 50.00 per month which is alot for poor people like myself. I like watching this and dream of what i should have done when in my 20s here in central Florida. If i had a teacher like Josh Altmen i would be rich now. So all i do is look at all the nice homes and enjoy the moment.

Thank you for that story towards the end about your first deal. I’m 18 years old and just got my real estate license in New York. I’ve had my license for about 3 months now and have had nothing but disappointments. Last week my buyer canceled on me 2 minutes before the showing even tho they confirmed an hour before. Later that day I drove 30 minutes to show an apartment to a different client which confirmed with me twice that same day but ended up ghosting me while I waited another 30 mins for them. Stood me up in the freezing cold. Thankfully today I got my first offer on a home for $650k and my fingers are crossed everything goes through! Thanks for sharing everything josh keep up the good work.
