China is no antagonist. They genuinely just want the best for Cuba that’s extremely unfairly treated by the U.S. sanctions and a long history of destabilization efforts against the country. China has a pragmatic relationship with the U.S. and it’s mainly the US that seem to hate China (because China is taking over right now, and that is hard for America to accept). China isn’t the ones invading other countries, doing coups and triggering civil wars or starving a whole people for fun. That’s America.

Another odd airline route to consider: Condor Airline's once per week flight between Frankfurt, Germany & Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada. Cuba's passenger train system was gifted 80 train coaches by China a year or two ago, but the train tracks are decrepit and must be run at slow speeds to avoid derailment. They had to cancel train service for a while, due to a lack of diesel fuel.

@@tkautzor Trains magazine had an article (within the last 2 years or so) that said that Cuba had just accepted delivery of 80 donated passenger train cars from China. Usually agree with your point of view, however, I don't with the statement made in the video that Spanish airlines are amongst the worst in the world. Leisure airlines are just that, leisure. So we need to focus on Iberia and Air Europa. The latter is a mixed bag yet they even operate a B787-9 on the AMSMAD citypair. Iberia's hard product is solid, they've even pioneered the A321 XLR, their MAD hub is a great one (nothing beats all that natural daylight at their MAD T4), onboard movie selection is pretty good and their on time performance is spectacular. Fare wise, they're not the highest nor the lowest and that's where they ought to remain so the value equation isn't altered. The elephant in the room is Spanish crews, they're known for being ill humoured and not customer centric. Having said that, I've encountered some amazing crews when flying Spanish airlines, just like anywhere else. So I'd rate Spanish airlines as average, nice to use if convenience is a factor and the price is ok. Would I go out of my way to fly on one of them?. Certainly not yet I wouldn't do it for any airline.
@biking-viking-claus-andersen2 күн бұрын
