El Piri is a new gravel bikepacking event launching in June 2024. Created by ultra racing veteran James Hayden the events covers 850km with 20000m of elevation gain starting and finishing in Girona, Spain. The route explores the Catalan Pyrenees on a route compromised of rightly 50:50 gravel and road.
In this video I run through the route and check out the event.

How do you recommend we plan our food and drink for a trip? Specifically, where should we buy our supplies, and how can we ensure we have enough water and provisions for days spent in remote areas?

Good video Josh - I might be keen on this one but wondering what you think an average time in terms of days / cut off would be ? 5/6 days - 150 km / 3000m a day ?

Hey, the party is on the Saturday evening, so you have 6.5 days to get back for the party. We feel this should be quite manageable, with the tarmac helping to keep people moving at a better pace. That said, there isn't a time cutoff, so anyone that makes it back is a finisher!
