Legit great change. Pause buffering can straight up hurt sometimes and make me look away or have to squint. Kudos.

I used to do it manually! However, about a year ago halogen on the Josh Discord made a python script that uses FFmpeg to do this automatically, but I never ended up needing it enough to have the motivation to set it up. But the pausebuffers in this video were so long and annoying to look at that I finally did it and after fixing a small bug it works pretty good. So thanks halogenlampert! The script looks for black in a specific area of the image and then duplicates the latest non-black frame, so it doesn't get out of sync with the audio too much. So I first cut out the part that has the pausebuffering, run it through the script and then edit the changed version back in.

Yooo very cool to see you've been playing Red Dead Redemption!! I been jamn it alittle recently aswell. have you heard of the Birdman exploit? it's pretty funny when you get it to ridiculous Point. long story short you can get tens of thousands of dollars from that guy that sometimes spawns an challenges you to shoot birds out of the sky. An you use the bandana when your about to "collect your reward" so you dont get any bad reputation an happily ride of into the sunset hahahaha

Hey, not sure why I didn't think of this earlier but I was just watching an old VCS marathon run YT recommended to me and I've been using the retro achievements website a bunch for a few years now, what do you think about trying to get all achievements for it as an excuse to play through it a bit differently? Or perhaps PS2 SA or any other game I suppose (Editing my comment to make sure KZbin hasn't stealthily deleted my comment for committing the crime of bringing up the name of a website)
