Hello! I've been trying to use PS CS5 to make a cinemagraph but am having trouble exporting. No matter what I try, the video comes out low quality (even though the video I imported is high quality). Same with the gif file - low quality. Do you know how to fix this? Also, I figured out how to retouch the stationary layer, but I can't seem to edit other layers, do you know how? Thanks!
