I'm curious, copyrights are signed contracts if they are used, a disclaimer saying it belongs to owners and still using their stuff without consent or contract is still copyright infringement

If it’s non-profit it is ok. The companies aren’t losing money. Most of the time they make it so that if anyone uploads their music in a different way the copyright owners earn revenue from the videos. Falls under Fair use.

Usually copyright infringement falls under this question “is the company or musician losing money?” These videos aren’t making them lose money. In my experience the videos I watch similar to the videos I make help the musicians get noticed. I can’t tell you how many times I watched a tribute video to a movie or game that had a song from a band I never heard of and I started following the band and bought the song immediately on iTunes. But yeah I do these videos for non-profit and the companies don’t lose any money.

What qualifies as copyright infringement? As a general matter, copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner. What is peer-to-peer (P2P) networking?
