It's unfair to ban people until there is equal rule in every Twitch chat. 1. I know a lot of streamers who play together with completely opposite chat rules,and get surprised if the ban cases go up with 30% when they stream together 2. I heard about cases where a moderator,or the streamer bribed someone to ban people,cause they don't like them IRL 3.I seen a streamer with a whole book long chat rules. 4. There is communities where swearing is not sllowed,and there ate streamers where it's ok,and expected. 5. I even know streamers who built their carieer on offensive,and racist jokes,and a lot of vulgarity. 6. The Twitch system is literally same,like the used to be communist countries system.If you say something,what a streamer(the president) doesn't like,you get the ban(the headshot. I saw streamers ban people,cause they sre just corrected their flat out wrongness. There was a streamer,who said 5+5=12,someone corrected it,they got the baan. While there are no equal rules,so streamers and moderators have the power to ban people with a crafted reason(like lot of the Trials was in the USSR). And US supports a site who literally uses the same system as the used to be communist counries,while they are fighting against communist countries IRL, that's more two-faced shit,than Janus (Ianus) from Greek mythology 7. If we can learn about kinda racist things about in school,like Robinson,who had a slave,or the Gulliver,where 2 political opposition gets shown parodically. If I would be a streamer how i would educate someone about history,if i can't use word,like racism,propaganda,slave....etc. School is the most educative thing,so if something is ok there,it should be ok everywhere else. People nowadays don't dare to write books,like Robinson,ir Gulliver,cause the society would get hurt,and big sites against it,and we are wondering why we don't have quality literature nowadays. 8. Again the N words different forms in every rap song,so if soneone asks for the background music's lyrics,and I write down the lyrics with the N word in it,again I get the ban,not the artist who put it in the song. And again,Twitch doesn't support that word, doesn't support that kind of art,and we are wondering why we have trash rappers today with lyrics,that says nothing. Cause they don't dare to stay nothing. And i could write my points for a whole week nonstop. 9. How is it legal for a site to go against freedom of speech? How can a site's rules overrule laws?
