9/11/24: Another U.S. Storm Could Quickly Develop

Category 2 Hurricane Francine is hitting Southeastern Louisiana and this video covers the impacts on Louisiana and surrounding states. But we can't stop here - another storm may quickly develop off the Southeast Coast by Saturday.
