कोचिंग सेंटर खोलने का सपना कैसे पूरा किया? |

Ushank गणित और A/C विषय पढ़ाते हैं। इनकी उम्र 34 साल है और 18 साल से ये teaching कर रहे हैं। ये यहाँ पर अपनी online और offline teaching की journey share करने आए हैं। ये बोले कि ये हकलाते हैं और आज लाखों बच्चों को online और offline पढ़ाते हैं।
इनका जन्म 21 जून 1990 को रोहिणी इलाके में हुआ और 1 अप्रैल 1994 को इनके dad का निधन हो गया। इनकी मम्मी इन्हें लेकर उनकी नानी के घर चली गईं और जब ये 6वीं class में थे तो इन्हें एक दूसरे घर में shift होना पड़ा और वहां इनका struggle शुरू हुआ। इनकी मां ने हर वो काम किया जिससे इन्हें पाल सकें, door to door sales की और इन्होंने भी 6वीं class से ही पढ़ाई के साथ काम करना शुरू कर दिया।
जब ये 10वीं class में पहुंचे तो इन्होंने tuition देना शुरू कर दिया और धीरे-धीरे काफी बच्चों को पढ़ाना शुरू कर दिया। एक साल बाद इन्हें महसूस हुआ कि जब ये हकलाते हैं तो students उनसे connect नहीं कर पाते और फिर इस चीज ने इन्हें सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया। फिर इन्हें एहसास हुआ कि जब ये अपने घरवालों के साथ होते हैं तो ज्यादा comfortable होते हैं और कम हकलाते हैं।
इन्हें समझाया गया कि सारा खेल confidence का है, तो इन्होंने धीरे-धीरे teaching में भी अपना confidence बढ़ाया और 12वीं के बाद ही अपना coaching centre खोलने की सोची। धीरे-धीरे इन्होंने मेहनत की और बिना कोई advertisement किए अपना coaching centre बहुत बड़ा कर लिया। फिर lockdown आया और इनका coaching centre भी बंद हो गया। फिर इन्होंने online start किया और वहां पर इनकी video viral होने लगी और रातों-रात subscribers बढ़ने लगे और इन्होंने बनाया दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा और सबसे तेजी से बढ़ता हुआ ed-tech channel.
