Depressed or overthinking constantly for days. Having anger issues, Mood swings, Laziness, Procrastinating Sometimes can actually be a sign of bad spiritual health. Usually, it means you need to do a lot of istigfar or/and you might be afflicted with evil eye (Mostly) . If these symptoms don't go away even after ruqya or zikr.. Pray tahajud regularly with surah yusuf and durood iibrahim.During a period of time you will see these symptoms decreasing and eventually disappearing. Don't underestimate these symptoms because it can actually effect your life very negatively.. It can actually be a sign for a deeper problem.. I have seen people in my life going on with their life just like that..i have legit seen them losing everything bit by bit.. Having negativity and blockages in every area of their life and at the end declaring "hum badkismat hai " ...
