Just trying to help you know the truth about what the Creator intended. I see that he does love Jesus....but Meditation and that breathing exercises is not biblical though...thus happens a lot. That new believers mix new age things with Christianity so hopefully the Holy Spirit will reveal that to him.

Meditation on the Word/quiet time with God is. I don’t think he’s talking about transcendental meditation or anything. I do some breathing exercises for my nervous system also but what he said sounded more like a breath work journey which can definitely take you down the wrong path. The Holy Spirit will guide him ❤
