1.The funny part in LEF is..they think that they are the superior caste and holiest of all christians in india. 2.Unlike other churches and pastors who openly demand money in the name of gods work, I think LEF is the only church where the preachers or church never ask for money., but the believers will make sure that the ten percent of their monthly salary goes to the church every month..i can say 99 percent do that.. Starts from 1000rs to one lakh every month..depends up on the family..if i get illness my mom say that you dint give the tithe..that's why you are spending on hospitals..that how we were raised. 3. Lots of pastors Fedup and left the church, and really serving the poor and needy now.these preachers are well educated..from phd holders to doctors and engineers. 4. When coming to marriages, they dont even have a system to organize or search brides or grooms..and they kick out the people if they get married to CSI or other protestant churches..when a poor family girl approach for a groom ..they will say...pray and wait for the gods will..i have seen MBBs doctors got married to a person who completed 12 grade..nowdays belivers in chennai knew that they cant trust the church and got their daughters and sons married to known people..the andhra people are the scapegoats..they are somuch faithful and girls in 35 and 40s still waiting for the gods will..lots of marriages were broken, my friend sister who is a doctor got married to a guy referred by the same church..he took her to usa and stole all her jewels and demanded huge amount of dowry and send her back to india with nothing ..she was mentally depressed for two years and continued to practice medicine in south india. 4. They choose a person to start a new church..he will build from the scratch, his family will stay inside the church..covered with metal sheets..prior they would have asked him to resign from the well paid govt job to take care of ministry..they will pay 1000 or 2000 rs per month.after sacrificed his entire life for 20 to 30 years..this guy would have built a big church with 500 families..suddenly the HQ will terminate him and replaced with another person..just imagine how how hard for a person who sacrificed everything for 30 years and he wont be getting any experience letter..some manage to go on with the life.. 5. Eating Dogs are banned in south india..but in LEF beulah gardens the retreat center near redhills..some of the bible students killed poor innocent dogs who came in search of food..they killed and ate those dogs..from that moment i stopped going to that bloody place. I know a good person got married in lef, he was working in a firm which was closed and all the employees were shifted to a liquor company. He joined as a plant supervisor, he don't smoke or drink..he worked for several years..some family problems erupted..the church told that guy to resign from the company since he is Incharge of beer manufacturing which spoils the life of many families..the curse is on you..so he resigned and the funny part is he dint have a job for several years and none came to help..most of them have good connections in corporate and business people..but the family suffered financially and mentally.now he is working as ordinary employee. They don't build orphanages or free schools or free healthcare..but still they say that they serve the lord. what a pity.
