What about Joshua Graham meets John Wick
@bioncledudes4life3 ай бұрын
Best way to end a video "I ain't letting you watch over my shoulder while I'm taking a piss" "Nor would I desire that" Just the perfect amount of sass and crudeness from Johnny, and calm stoicness from Graham.

Woah, Joshua Graham swearing, never thought I'd see the day. Let alone it being done so naturally. Always took him as the sort to say "Language." whenever anybody did swear around him. This was beautiful and had me in stitches. Can't wait to see these two banter some more. This was great. And I am still ever excited about the story. Oh and damn Johnny...pulling a gun on Joshua? That's not a first, but man you're ballsy. Too bad Joshua stopped caring about those kinds of threats long ago.

And to think Joshua was probably just another paycheck for ma man Keith. He probably never would have thought how much impact this character would leave on thousands if not millions of gamers.

Edgy as Johnny is, I doubt he would go complete Reddit Atheist on Graham since he does actually respect people who have genuine faith, a rarity in his world. Its why he was against the idea a crucifixion being commodified since he hates the idea of someone with genuine belief being a product.

I liked that part. Johnny is the kind of guy who can not like something on a whole but respect the smaller picture. Like how he hates cops but genuinely felt for that one that mourned his pet turtle.
@jackmack41813 ай бұрын
3:51 and like that Johnny lost the argument. All it took was Joshua pointing out how johnny lost his way and of course Mr silverhand responded not with a rebuttal but violence

Sad but very in character. Remember, it took V to turn him into a better person.

"Last thing I heard, after that robot armed traveller left the atomic wrangler he got approached by some weird fella in an NCR ranger suit and vanished into thin air." - Freeside local "Yeah I saw two guys, one of them was wrapped in bandages, the other had a mechanical arm, looked sort of pissed, last I saw then they were headed up to Big Mountain, don't know what the hell they want with that place, I hear there's all kinds of God awful shit uo there, you gonna buy something now or what?" - Caravan trader to Unknown traveler

That’s f amazing man cannot stop ... being stunned by the technology and possibilities it gives to create “your own” stories and voice it in to the reality! Stunning! Incredible achievement

In the wastelands where the wind does scream, Two figures clash in endless dream. Joshua Graham, the burned, the scarred, Once bound by faith, now standing guard. His voice, a river deep with grace, Speaks of redemption, of a place Where men may rise from ash and dust, If only they in faith would trust. Across from him, with eyes aflame, Johnny Silverhand, his endless aim- A rebel's heart, a fist of steel, Who fights for freedom, raw and real. His voice, electric, sharp, and bold, Rejects the chains of the controlled. For every hand that dares to bind, He raises fists for humankind. Joshua speaks with calm, composed, His burned hands clasped, his eyes half-closed. “In faith, there is a light, a guide, To cleanse the soul where darkness hides. I've walked through hell, through endless flame, Yet mercy came, and none to blame. What good is rage, when wrath consumes? It only leads to endless tombs.” Johnny smirks, his anger clear, His silver hands clenched tight with fear. “Faith? What faith in this twisted game, Where corpses rule, and men are slain? Your God is dead, your creed is blind, The only path is through the mind. The system rots, the power lies, With those who profit from our cries.” The burned man listens, head held low, His voice a whisper, soft and slow. “Rebellion’s flames will only burn, What good is freedom if none return? The world you seek will end in ash, For hatred leads to one last clash. I've walked the path of vengeful fire, And found it only feeds desire.” But Johnny stands, defiance bright, His voice a storm, his fists alight. “I’d rather burn than live in chains, For freedom’s worth the fiercest pains. You talk of faith, of higher call, But where’s your God when empires fall? I fight for those who cannot fight, Who lost their voice in endless night.” Two souls, divided by the line, Of fate and flame, of faith and time. One seeks redemption in the past, The other fights for change that lasts. Yet both are bound by scars and sin, A deeper war that rages within. For neither man can fully see, What lies beyond, what’s meant to be. The desert winds begin to rise, As both stare with unblinking eyes. A world of dust, of broken dreams, Where nothing’s ever what it seems. The burned man prays for one last chance, The rebel fights in his defiance. Two paths that cross, but never meet, Both driven by the fire's heat. And so, they walk their separate ways, Bound by the choices of their days. For faith and freedom rarely blend, And some wars never truly end. Yet in the silence, something stays- A bond, though frail, in fleeting gaze. Two soldiers lost within their strife, Each seeking truth, each seeking life.

0:25 Honestly from Johnny's first response I kinda wish they did give more incentive on your character's relationship build with Joshua like with Dino in Old World Blues. It's like, do you show absolute respect to Josh & his cause, or act selfish in an attempt to get out of Zion & return home? Most dialogue prompts seemed relatively neutral.

I find it interesting when people use the argument of “if god is so great then why is so much evil happening?” People forget free will of humans (something either god gave us or something we always had) allow the potential for evil and selfishness to rise It’s humanity’s fault for the majority of the evils that affect our world today. Natural disasters are random and don’t discriminate in any way. Humans do though. I wonder if Joshua would agree with this 🤔

F.Y.I there is zero evidence on what Johnny’s perspective on religion is in Cyberpunk lore.
@NgaMarsters3 ай бұрын
I got a glimpse of his perspective on the quest Sinnerman. He simply stood there as an observer, which surprised me as he is a very opinionated character. I think this may show that he, at the very least, respects the concept of religion but doesn't actively participate in it on a deep level. But that's just my theory.
