This is a solid card! Ball vs Vargas is on the card too right? That's the one I'm most excited for. I always love watching Parker too but Zhang is such a great story. And AJ vs Francis is pure fun! Plus the trailers for these fights have been amazing. Now to start the video🤠

Good breakdowns, well worth the listen. AJ should win, but Ngannou is a stud who is driven by a supernatural belief in his own destiny. I won't be betting on this fight. Love Parker, but it's hard to envision Joe evading Zhang's big bangs round after round. Don't see Parker hurting Zhang, so I expect Big Z to be putting enormous forward pressure all night. But it's heavyweight boxing, anything can happen. Great exciting fight card.

I wouldn't sleep on Francis. But Anthony should be able to handle this fight with ease. Anthony has been in with many big punchers like Francis. And you also have to remember just because he knocked fury down doesn't mean he's gonna knock another top heavyweight down. These heavyweights can take huge punches. The only reason fury reacted the way he did is because he didn't prepare for the fight and underestimated Francis. And none of us should underestimate someone who left their own country on a boat and cross the ocean

I'd never count Francis Ngannou out and he definitely won't be afraid of AJ but Joshua has taken some big shots before. The left hook he ate from Dillian Whyte and the right hand from Wladimir Klitschko would've knocked a lot of heavyweights out cold. Joshua's biggest issue seems to be his recovery time - If Francis can hurt him and stay on him then it'll be a tough night for AJ. It'll be very interesting to see if Joshua's power bother Ngannou at all.

​​@@mprovin7320 while you have a point you also have to remember, Fury didn't press the action like Joshua will so that gave Ngannou more confidence. Also Fury was behaving more like an MMA fighter than Ngannou which also played in Ngannou 's favour. The fact that Ngannou still wants to do a 10 rounder instead of a 12 rounder shows his stamina is not all the way there yet. If Ngannou was pushed there would be a chance he could have been stopped. Will he be better versus Joshua? 100% but to make it seem like Joshua may be in a no win situation is actually undermining a two time world champion.

I hope AJ has been doing dirty boxing training in MMA gym as part of this fight and continues to train after this fight. It is the one weakness in his game and big improvements in this area makes him a more complete fighter. It would have allowed him to overcome Ruiz fast hands in close, it would allow him to bully Usyk in close and will take away the advantage Fury would have if they fight. I think Davidson has finally got him fighting at mid/long range with a near perfect mix of agression and responsibility. It is this inside game that is left to make him complete and a danger at every moment of a fight.

Imo, AJ in 7-9 and Zhang by 8-4ish decision in a competitive fight I don’t want to dismiss or disrespect Ngannou, but to AJ I think he’s just a wall of muscle and that’s it. Yeah, Fury has more tools than AJ. But who do you think would break a wall 1st: a guy with a spanner, screwdriver and wrench or a guy with a hammer? And I think Zhang would pick his shots too well for Parker and Parker would be a bit overwhelmed/out of his depth. Although I think it’ll be a good effort from Parker

Interesting matchup's, more for the fighters flaws making the fights fun to watch rather than skill. That said i think all four fighters are a dead end in the division's future. AJ has the best chance out of the four to make a run if he can stay consistent but odds are still against it.

It's about using the jab, to open him up. e.g. he overuses the parry, which in turn leads to openings. The jab alone won't stop him of course.

If you look at them both side by side, Anthony is actually bigger. Anthony fame is longer. Where Francis is built wide. But muscle like that aren't great for boxing. Maybe the first or 2nd round. But they get weary from throwing punches. Yes Francis did well against fury because fury didn't train and took Francis lightly. No person on this planet should either aj or Francis lightly. And I will guarantee despite the talk out of Francis about aj chin, Francis knows he is in there with someone just like him. It will be a great fight for as long as it last. I wish both men get home safe to their families. I hope Aj does amazingly well and that Francis makes a ton of money and continues to get the respect he deserves for every person on this planet. We can all learn from the lives of both these great champions. They both have come from nothing and made something of themselves.
