Butterfinger candy bars seem like an impossible job to make at home. Right? Well.. turns out they’re actually kind of easy. Might go as far to say that they may even be… better.

I work for the chocolate company ferrero. My plant actually makes butterfinger, and I am in charge of that process so it’s fair to say I know a thing or two about this candy bar. Josh did an excellent job recreating it and I’d love to try out his recipe. Also they are orange because they add food coloring to the mass mixture called taffy.

Try melting candy corn fully and adding peanut butter (2:1 respectively) mixing until fully mixed and pour to make a square. Cut to bars and do the choco covering thing. Find some plain Wonka chocolate bars if you want the exact chocolate ferrero uses in butterfinger. It's 100% exact and isn't insanely sweet like this chocolate covered peanut brittle. ( Cause that all this is with peanut butter in it) use any butter you're not allergic to although the taste won't be exact it should still be a treat

Your sentence sounds strange. Let's say your mom is adorable. Maybe she truly is. Now when I tell you that I appreciate your mom because she is adorable does that make sense? "I want to appreciate how adorable your mom is," sounds like I'm after something. "I want to show appreciation towards your mom by letting her know how adorable she is," that sounds sexual. "I want to take a min and appreciate how adorable your mom is," sounds like I've noticed an abnormality in your mom and I just want to cover it.

The reason this weird chocolate tempering method works, and why it's necessary to microwave it, is that most chocolate sold in stores is already tempered. So if you just *barely* melt it, it should remain tempered.

5:38 "It's weird, but it works." This is literally what most professional chocolate companies do, seeding melted chocolate with the crystalline structure of finished, tempered chocolate. It works because nature will try to continue a pattern/substrate that has already been established. Look up nucleation if interested.
