When you reskin the inside could you resin pour the gaps around the rust holes on the front edge. It would be a cool way of filling it and still keep the look and not have sharp edges.

I do like the Honda. Suggestion. - "Restore" trim around face and fit a matt black (new) bonnet. Leave rest of body as "pa-teen-a".. Would look like a customised old shed that goes like stink.
