Thank you Josiah, I have been extremely grieved by the prophetic movement. I have went before the Lord several times and talked to him about this.Because many of their words are not the words of the Lord, and they are leading many people astray. This morning, my reading was Jeremiah 23 as the Lord our God was Himself grieved with the false prophets and shepherds. My heart was gripped and convicted as his words on the page burned in my own heart. I asked myself these questions... Is the word of the Lord like a fire in me, That would bring the people unto God in Holiness and Righteousness. Am I hearing your voice by being in your counsel, or am I repeating what others say. Is the voice I'm hearing God or flesh. And most importantly does the word of the lord in me point to Christ? Is he living in me in deep fellowship and love, so that when God speaks in and through me, it will convict of sin while drawing us to repentance and holiness and Truth. A deeper love for our God and King and a desire to see people come to the Lord. I love Josiahs heart...its true compassion for those in the prophetic movement who are stuck.
