JOSPONG GROUP @COP28

One of Africa's biggest Conglomerates- ‪@thejospongroup‬ the Jospong Group of Companies that operates in about 14 sectors of the Ghanaian economy with Waste Management being the biggest, represented at the COP28 which was held in Dubai.
The main objectives of COP28, held in Dubai, were to address the urgent need for global action on climate change and to strengthen international cooperation in order to achieve the goals set out in the Paris Agreement. The conference aimed to facilitate discussions on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting sustainable development, and enhancing resilience to the impacts of climate change. Additionally, COP28 sought to mobilize financial resources to support developing countries in their efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Overall, the conference aimed to accelerate progress towards a low-carbon, sustainable future for all.
