I am in no way better than you nor in a good place to judge but if i can give you my opinion/advice that could or could not improve your model if that is what you want. So idk if you went with a certain art style or character model but basically if you want it to look more like jotaro u might adkist a few details like the ear shape/size it's a bit too big and large in my opinion human ears are generally smaller and thinner which is probably why it gives a "funny look" to his face as people stated other than that i could say the back of the head but it's a pretty minor change i see that your model has an unusual head shape around the back ofc still in my opinion but the way i see it is either the neck is a bit too large or the back of the head is just too small compared to a normal human skull which makes a straight line going at the back of the head for the face it's already pretty good ngl u could add a few facial features but it's not really necesarry hope i provided helpful feedback and if i offended you in any way know thatit isn't intentional

hey no problem, feedback is always welcome, i agree that looking it now the head does kinda look funny, i plan to make a revision on some characters that i felt I could have done more with in the future, like jotaro, so this kind of comments are always helpful for that so thank you.

good eye on noticing that little detail! when i was making the model i opted for a mix between the first and last iteration of the design from the anime.
