They actually buffed the time stop for part 4 jotaro. I don’t believe he gets it for longer but he can use the stop time way before Dio or part 3 jotaro can

Ex skills are basically buffed versions of previous skills like ex star finger stuns but normal star finger launches

You can tell from one simple detail if it's PS3 or PS4. Look at the r1 ability, on PS3 the button is a lot more square and a darker blue when it's fully charged, the PS4 one is like this, a light blue and rounded
