Journaling for me is a stress relief. I can get messy and paste a bunch of magazine clippings in it or I can pour my heart out and write an entry. And then it’s really artistic looking when I go flipping back through it and see all of the cool things I’ve put in it
@Scrappinology6 жыл бұрын
Very nice journal...I always am so impressed by people who actually finish one, lol. About migraines....I used to suffer terribly from them (dark rooms were my only salvation) but when I lived in Mexico, I went to see a man who did acupressure (not puncture) He had me sit on a chair and proceeded to press the top of my head very hard 3 times.....it felt like his thumbs were inside my scalp. When the treatment was done, I cried for 45 minutes which he claimed was the "release" That was almost 20 years ago and I have not had a migraine since.....telling you all this so perhaps you might look into acupressure. gina

How often did you get your migraines? I have chronic migraine disease which means I get 15-20 migraines a month. I work with a neurologist and have tried nearly everything but I've never tried acupressure.

Hope you and your family have a Happy New Year. Oh I wanted to say that I used to get migraines and I suspected they were related to my period. When I went through menopause(It comes early on my Mother's side) I stopped having migraines, so that confirmed what I suspected. I did take medication for it. I hope what ever you are doing for your migraines helps. They can be very debilitating. Wishing you the best.
