Finally a journal I can actually journal in. These are adorable. Definitely something I would love to keep in my purse! No question! Thank you for walking us through this. It’s so cute. Nice to have if something comes to mind that you’d like to add to your regular journal but don’t have it with you. I can honestly see me making and enjoying these. While I don’t have anyone to give them to I can easily make them for a Christmas Bazaar.

They are ADORABLE journals! I also love the Sari Silk ruffle that you have been using more often. I would love to do that as well, but I'm not sure of the best way to do it. Would it be possible for you to show us how you do that with your sewing machine? I understand it might be difficult if not impossible 😊 either way, thank you for all that you do! 💕💖 Also, I REALLY liked it when you actually went over the top of the ruffle part way with the lace! 💞

My camera is mounted permanently and it does not have the correct angle for showing what I’m sowing, it only shows the top of my sewing machine. Sorry I’m just not able to show this in a video.

How long does it need to dry?

Well that is going to depend on your conditions. If it’s warmer it will dry faster than if it is humid also the drying time will differ from the tape of glue you are using and how much you applied. There are just to many factors to give you the length of time it will take to dry. When you are able to touch it and it not be sticky then you’re ready to continue on with the project.

For that first fold that didn't want to exactly cooperate and you talk about sometimes it cracks, why not score that first??

I still think it would have cracked. But you most certainly can score that fold if you want.
