Hey, if anyone here self harms, I’m doing a log of when I do it and it’s helped so much!!! And at the end of the week if I haven’t done it, I get some fast food or I watch my fav movie or go out with my boyfriend and it’s sort of like a reward for staying clean. I’m 2 months clean because of this method! And if you’re wondering “I really struggle with eating” I do aswell! If you do fruit is a great thing to eat, it’s sweet and it’s not high in sugar or calories, but if you can have a sandwich with some ham, just a ham sandwich. I dont know what makes me happy. Well.. theres this guy in a band called "the ghost band" i believe, in the band he is called Dewdrop! Hes hot, attractive, cute, humble.. and more. The worst part is.. he doesn't even know i exist.. 😭 GAHH I WISH SO BADLY TO GO TO THEIR CONCERT.. BUT I AM ANTI-SOCIAL, I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY, SHY, AWKWARD, NO SOCIAL SKILLS.. ETC. 💀 how can i be all- nvm. Anyways..
