Journey from getting 8 ATTEMPTS in CS to becoming HEAD CS of TATA group | How to get into BIG MNCs

Hi Guys,
I am privileged to have CS Vispi Patel as our guest in our today's podcast.
So, CS Vispi Patel, as a schoolboy, he was inspired by the Tata Group's numerous initiatives for employee welfare and CSR. He Joined Tata Motors as a CS Management in 1996, then advanced to the positions of General Manager and Deputy Company Secretary, then Company Secretary of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited and now he serves as Company Secretary at Tata Power. He believe that working in Tatas has not only evolved him professionally but also personally. Watching conduct of senior Tata directors, including Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Nani Palkhiwala and interacting with them, made me realise that goodness of being a better human being and respecting people of all types, from peons, watchmen, drivers, trainees to Directors.

Salary is source of motivation for the CS aspirants. By the way the salary of Vispi Sir is total of INR 11,12,526 for the FY 2023-24. Note: Mr. Vispi has been appointed as CS on 01st February 2024.👍
