Thanks Alan, no not many people boarded or alighted at Stations along the way, but when the train pulled in at Midleton there was a lot of people waiting to get on to return to Cork Kent. A good few people did board the train at Cork Kent 😁

if im correct an icr would operate the midleton or cobh services if there was something going on?

liamcbs no limerick depot would send down a 2800 until everything was back to normal again

It happens occasionally when there is a few 2600s getting serviced in limerick a 2800 will go down to cork on loan until the 2600s get back

When this happens it would have been able to operate joined onto one of the remaining 2600s as a 4-car hybrid unit like that 2600/2700 2-car hybrid.
