Steve Perry ( often imitated but never duplicated)!! 😂😂 the band will always be one of the most legendary Rock bands in the world but as far as my childhood memories, Mr. Perry was the best!

Even Steve Perry isn't "The Voice" any more. Time and strain have taken a toll on all of Journey's lead singers. Through the years, I've attended many awesome Journey concerts absent Perry. But hey, to each their own.

Im so happy that i got to see Journey for Freedom tour. I was with my best friend's mom who grew up w their music. I wish i could have gone w my dad who was one of their biggest fans. Long live Journey!

Its sad a great band like journey only one original member witch is Neil Shaw then Johnathan Cane came in shortly after once steve smith left as the drummer and Steve Perry it was over cant replace what was once the best. Steve Perry was journey!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but IMO Arnel has lost his ability to sing these songs. He's older, been doing it a long time and the touring has just taken it's toll. They should just let Dean sing with him to fill in those notes Arnel can no longer do. Also, the extra singing he's trying to do between the versus just shows how bad it has really gotten and probably helped him lose his voice over time. The are so many good singers out there, time for Arnel to pack it up. He's making the band sound bad. Sorry Arnel. I suggest back to the Internet Neil.

Wow, you said that because of Arnel, the journey came to life, do some research, but it's only natural that his voice is like that because all the songs made by the journey are high, but in the 17 years that he has been the lead singer of the journey, his voice is still high. . I agree. But then again.. NO ONE IS STEVE PERRY 😂😂❤. HE is the only one who can hit those notes and make those songs kick ass! Saw this band in 1985 at reunion arena in ft worth Dallas Texas and it was so worth it. I was the biggest journey fan in my 20s.. omg. But it was mostly because of the original line up and then 95% STEVE PERRY❤ did love that man. They did him dirty. So.. They're suffering for it now. He still has the voice.. they have music but they need his VOICE

It is very hard to sing like this almost every night. This song does NOT do him justice at all. I feel bad for him. I know Perry told him to take care of his voice. Same with Steve Augeri. Toward the end he couldn't hit the notes any longer. Now he can though. He has a new CD out.

yup castranova on drums,and Mendoza is playing with them..freakin rocking..i can sing all these songs better than arnel..grew up with journey in calf as my neighbors..narada wrote,produced whitney houton,areths,maraiah carey,wrote all the songs.he's pist castranova is stronger..musicians bah ha ha.

I know that the band members and Arnel are sick to their stomachs of hearing about Steve, but they can never detach the band name "Journey " from the legendary voice that was there from the beginning "Steve Perry " i just can't help but imagine the lengths i would go through to see him perform with the band again! Journey needs to replace Arnel with the original Steve Perry. In my opinion Arnel can no longer sing he is straining just to sing this song. Whereas Steve Perry us sounding good still at his current age. Arnel needs to just call it quits his voice and throat are done toasted.
