Journey to DEBT FREE | February 2024 Update

Lots of progress made this month! I took the Smart Vestor Pro’s advice and cashed out my Roth IRA contributions to pay towards my smallest student loans. I was able to clear that loan out this month and make a large payment towards my car loan. Next month should have an even higher total debt payment amount but first let’s get through a move to a new apartment!

Phenomenal job! Thank your younger self for paying down so much debts. I suggest you speak to a mortgage professional so you can have an idea of what to expect when you do decide to buy a home. You may be surprised that your credit score even after paying off your student loans may not be as bad as you think. Love to see your progress in 24!
