@@tabi-ie you take a flour tortilla, and place your fillings inside: beef, chicken or shrimp, sautéed onions and peppers, and any other fillings you want like sour cream, guacamole and cheese. You fold and eat it the same way. I think you'd like it. You can make it vegetarian with portobello mushroom if you would rather.
