When you keep getting beat in mma/kickboxing/bjj, although your clearly a perfectionist-type person with martial arts and wants to do stuff better, think of it as a positive that you still have so much to improve on, if you’d been training only 73 days and we’re competing with experienced fighters you’d realise quickly that the gym isnt actually all that good. Great video as always

You should start to bring down the intensity of your training 2 weeks before the competition, so you can be 100% on the day. - That's what I did for my comps, its tempting to go intense but remember you will potentially have multiple matches on the day its important to be on form.

You have full support. Zero experience at your age shocked me! Why on earth would you want to be a fighter if you weren't brought up in the martial arts? It's a hard fucking life bro

Can you enter into mma competitions by yourself? Without being in a club or having a coach?
