Which FM channels are covered in the oscilloscope’s top-left view? Top-right view? And center-left view? Center-right view looks to be the sum of SSG channels 1 & 2; bottom-left looks like it’s the sum of SSG ch.3 and the kick+snare drum samples; bottom-right looks like it’s the hi-hat samples.

The top-left are FM channels 1 + 2, the majority of the track are the PC-98 pianos. The top-right are FM channels 3 + 4, which are both the overdriven guitars (which sometimes pan, a neat feature of BambooTracker that I was having fun with). The center-left are channels 5 + 6, one channel being the low piano walk and the other being the brass bass, with both swapping to the church organs during the powerful chorus. You're completely right on the rest of the channels!
