Jovial's Organic Farming Project in Connecticut

Exactly four years ago, we purchased the historic John Randall homestead in North Stonington, CT. We’ve built our headquarters on the property, and are now working toward restoring the historic buildings for future events. With all things jovial, farming comes first though! Right now, cooking school plans are on hold. We are committed to restoring the John Randall Homestead but her family is reassessing the scope of the project.

Probably not enough acreage for that, but we will be growing food for our inn and restaurant!

It looks great but we don't harvest the first year so that the roots can get nice and deep and well established (okay, maybe we ate a few! ).
