Thank you for the question.Please find my responses: 1) ML size of the cups: 1 cup: 240 ML, 3/4 Cup (180 ml) and so on.2) I used the cup measure for the ingredients, however, here are the measures in grams: a) Jowar: 140 gms (1 cup) b) Besan: 40 gms c) Rice flour: 40 gms d) Tapioca flour: 30 gms (Total flour: 250 gms) Sugar: 150 gms Butter: 115 gms

@ Another great question! If you’re using melted ghee use 1 tbsp less than 1/2 cup and if using solid ghee use 2 tbsp less than 1/2 cup.
