Had the pleasure of seeing Joy Orbison at Junk (RIP) in Southampton a decade ago or so. One of the best nights of my life. Nobody in the room but I (DJ myself) knew about Big Room Tech House DJ Tool Tip back then as it was unreleased. The reaction in the room from the first bass lick I will never forget. Haha I actually ran a youtube page back in the day called Future Sound Station. I'd been sweeping outside a bar I worked at in Manchester listening to the Thursday Hessle show on Rinse as I did every Thursday when Ben dropped that tune. I uploaded it to the channel later that night without knowing the name or the artist. Unknown Artist - ??? (or whatever I titled it at the time) caused quite a stir and a small community formed in the comments section attempting to ID this outrageous track. Can't believe that was 9 years ago!

the dislikes are automatic. they get levied against anything that gets posted. if you can’t get 10 likes in a handful of months, the robo dislikes will actually win. it winds up looking like a hockey score. 1-6 also: take note of how many plugs there are in these comments for specific services. that isn’t organic either. it works against the artist at this point too, because real ppl are fed up with that nonsense, and this is definitely music angled towards real ppl. it’s bad advertising.
