Of course I wouldn’t dislike him being the next coach and people change their minds all the time so won’t ever write it off. But through the multiple interviews about him not wanting to coach in the NFL. There one comment that stuck with me of him having issues of players not working as hard or being as committed as him when he played with getting paid millions of dollars. And personally? I kinda of get that because unfortunate truth there NFL players that is happy getting a check and not taking the game seriously. Also he really care about the kids and I feel he is happy coaching and giving guidance to young men.

If the next Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys does not not get what he wants (not talking about money) in WRITING then it doesn't matter WHO the Coach is! HE WILL FAIL!
