That was my baby! I loved that woman since a young boy. Shes from my city, Rochester, NY. She had our city rocking when her voice hit the air waves. Rest in Peace and Love, you Beautiful, Classy Lady.

RIP Joyce Sins! All And All was one of my fav songs back in the 80’s and it still is my fav today. Thanks for the bumping music that made my feet hurt when I danced the night away back in the day. Prayers to the family 🙏🏾

R.I.P. Joyce Sims. (October 15, 2022) She burst onto the R&B music scene in the 1980s with a powerful voice a string of hits that showed off her songwriting skills. Today we mourn the passing of singer Joyce Sims at age 63, cause of death unknown. Sims first hit the charts on both sides of the Atlantic in 1986 with the Kurtis Mantronik-produced “All and All,” but took it to the next level two years later with “Come Into My Life,” a top 10 hit that became Sims’ signature song

Exactly. That's a lot on one to carry that whole song. She got it though. Them background singers coulda blew it out the water.

R.I.P. Joyce, thanks for the music. This was a pretty unappreciative audience for Joyce's talents, likely most of her tracks went over their heads. If you want to see Joyce in her element and at one with a crowd who appreciated every word, see here - Jazz Cafe, London 2015 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2LalJWFhLKca6c
