I just realized NOW that I had a panic attack this year and it's because of you guys. My family and I were in Boracay and were about to eat at this not so crowded restaurant. We were sat at a table in the middle of the room that made me a bit uncomfortable at first because I prefer corner/side tables where I there's no people behind me and I can see everyone. Minutes later my fingers went numb, my throat went dry and I couldn't breathe. When I was about to cry I told my family I was gonna go out for a walk. They didn't know what happened because I didn't either. All I knew was I had to get out and see the "outside world". I agree with you when you said don't stop the anxiety because it really helped shorten the the duration of it. I remember I was walking in the crowded Boracay, ugly crying and repeating a prayer till I felt better. Thank you, Joyce and Jules, for letting us know we're not the only ones. You made me comment this long lol.

Super like this video!! ❤ May I request for another AWJP video about Jealousy and Envy. Why some people are jelous and envy? How to deal with it (if you are the jealous and envy one) and how to deal with other people who are jealous and envy. Thanky JP 💕

I THINK i have anxiety for quite a few years now ( 5 more or less) and my problem is that it happens so frequent that whenever i'm feeling better/normal/okay i would start questioning myself, "ok why am i so calm' 'this isnt normal' 'something bad is going to happen' and then it will kick it. i get anxious over the fact that im not anxious. it's weird and i hate myself for it.

BTW I know this movement (not me promise haha) @knottedaltogether on Insta that promotes awareness acceptance of people battling with mental health issues. Thought I'd just put it out there to support our local and our own. :)
