Marvelous song! My husband and I were landing in New York when this song started playing in the plane. Both of us taped a bit in our phones, just to make sure to find it later. We were not sitting together and laugh later at our doing the same without knowing. As a previous commenter has written, this is a masterpiece.

@neliycl3 жыл бұрын
I really enjoyed people dancing in the background, as well! I was kind of expecting this music video to have the people of London smiling and kissing (given the lyrics to When You Were Mine) and how she has given tribute to her diverse background in her past songs and music videos but I was not expecting anything like this. I guess I should have known given the fact that Joy always adds a special touch to everything she does. But yeah I was surprised with the way it was directed. It was so beautiful. It was like I was there. & one of my favorite people dancing in her music video was the men that were together smoking and when they looked at the camera they looked mad. I was a bit scared, ngl. However, then the next clip of them was them dancing and it was like wow, Joy brings out the beauty and love that was already there but wasn't seen before. I think this shows her mentality of progressiveness and inclusion. 💕 I'm starting to realize a lot of her can really be seen in her music videos & songs.

@@AnnaF33 Joy didn't sold her soul as opposed to who? No one in the business that I know of has done that. It's the public in the end and radio that plays an artist record that's got the last say if a single is a hit or not. In this over populated pop landscape where social media counts a lot, there's very stiff competition to get a hit let alone a number 1 record.
