Hakuna Gender equality. Genders were never designed to be equal and i honestly think it is a nonsensical subject. We have different biological makeups, we have different Roles, we are NOT equal. We are different. The best person should get the job. Not deny a competent person a position because of gender. That is an error. And not give incompetent people positions because of Gender. We will suffer as a community from the incompetence. That is in NO CASE EQUALITY. Differences. Turn your eye off " Gender Equality" and you will begin to see more clearly and make more rational decisions cause once you have some attention on equality unoona a team getting filled up with say all Competent males and nekuti ukuda equality you will be tempted to substitute one very Good one for a less competent female in the name of EQUALITY and as a society we have reduced our output The best man should get the Job ( man is used as a unisex noun NOT PERTAINING to some specific gender....) And i assume she was the best man for the job To the Best Man To the woman 🥂 And NO TO EQUALITY
