Please advise how much soybean and how much water? The clean function automatically turn on after each use. Can I cancel it as I need to make a large patch of soydrink for family.

Hello there, thanks for reaching out! For large family serving size, we recommend 1L of water and 60g of soybean, and yes you can cancel the auto-cleaning program by choosing the start/cancel button on the control panel, thanks!
