I started listening to Psalmist's songs yesterday a friend asked to listen to Machenic wow i played it so many times before i sleep so today im playing this one oh my God its on repeat im failing to change. Let me confess this there is other song ya rikhabosh ne ke sa e rare sentle and then I lost interest in all songs oh my God forgive me for being judgemental, I missed a lot, forgive me man of God. Hi, You're defs right and I totally agree. Personally, I absolutely love Joyous Celebration, I can't help it❤️. However, I wouldn't ignore that I'm slightly disappointed by the sound output of the video. I'm no sound master. Or perhaps it's my preferance? But the audio on spotify is better, for me, at least. And I think it's okay to hold Joyous Celebration to a higher standard and not feel somehow "ashamed" to point out if something is a bit off. I don't think it's necessarily being "too" critical but rather expressing what once feels and observes. It makes us do "better" next time. On the side note: had they initiatially given us this sound, I personally wouldn't complain. But now I have something to compare this with and I'm like: 💀 :)

If I remember correctly, I read a comment saying that JC nearly lost the whole recording due to technical issues until God stepped in. I guess that is the reason we are having irregularities with this production. I want to believe that similar occurrence won't happen with our future albums. Meanwhile, this song is so beautiful. One of my fav from the first set. "pheyo e gona go jeso"

Yo, they definitely used A.I to mix this. I had to make sure i didn't have other tabs playing music. This is pure disrespect to Psalmist Sefako whose Pedi songs have become staples in my Kenyan house. Now i know why Thobeka's songs are on perpetual hold.
