Does this add any width to the chair at all? I currently have e-fix wheels on my manual chair but have just gone up to a 22" manual chair and this could be perfect. Do you allow home trials by any chance?

It depends on the tyres you opt for - but if you have standard tyres then no there is no additional width overall.

Could you order just the wheels and joystick +mount or would you have to order the tiride?

Yes you can just order the MTW wheels as a standalone unit to attach to your wheelchair.

What is braking the chair when it stops?

It auto brakes - when you release the joy stick.
