These are the ranged Termies (and, according to lore, are Primaris). So they not only fill different niches on the battlefield, but it makes sense they’re different sizes because Firstborn are smaller.

These later versions the proportions were much better, have the early version ultramarine terminators and the size is abit odd, legs slender and shoulders broad and looked like oversized dwarfs ^_^
