Thanks, great commentary... great epic but expected win by the Stockfish. You have the best chess engine analysis online! And your human game coverage is pretty good, too!

Do you accept engine games that we run on our own? I would like to prepare a supercomputer LC0 0.13.1 BT4 (Supercomputer by giving it way more time rather than literally running it on one) vs Stockfish 17

Question Does stockfish 17 have its own book opening??
@soitra
@soitra 3 күн бұрын
No, the opening (up to move 8. by both sides) is pre-set by the tournament organiser.

very interesting!! Thanks so much for telling me, so if I wish to play a game against another computer, I will have to let it think from the start. Humm ok Thanks again for answering me!!!

@@markschmidt1282 Where the game comes out of the opening with +/- 0.5 or less advantage to eiher side, it's often a draw. After 8 moves in this game Stockfish thinks it has a +1.0 advantage. For me that's enough to go on and win the game. I'd have been more amazed at this game if Dragon had managed a draw.

Ok black moved into kings bird standing,knight bird which was the very first elo factor and white using my elo factor the same as I did but in a different order so let the chief and head programmer show you a true true insight since 2005.when the cause of sacrifice is greater than the situation could give answers for where it's to far for the time to make amends already gave you the answers for what is needed.😮

How can you cover so many engine games and still not understand how repetitions work. The engine repeats a move NOT because it can’t find the best move. It played the best move. When it had the opportunity to play it again, obviously it’s going to because it’s STILL the best move and there’s no harm in repeating it.
