So tapos na tayo sa dark and dreary side ng theories of personality kaya naman ngayon pumunta naman tayo sa lighter side ng spectrum which is ang Humanistic Perspective. Ang unang theorist natin dito ay si Abraham Maslow at ang kanyang Holistic-Dynamic theory. Although mas kilala sya sa kanyang Hierarchy of needs.
Basically ang focus ni Maslow is ang needs natin at motivation which will explain our behavior and personality. Kung mapapansin niyo din, parang namerge niya halos lahat ng mga concepts ng psychoanalysis sa ginawa niyang theory kaya kung iisipin, para syang summary ng psychoanalysis.
So panoorin niyo na para mas marami pa kayong malaman sa theory ni Maslow. Enjoy!
