So I've basically gathered that SVG is mostly a superior version of PNG unless you're using a heavily detailed picture or programs that are incompatible with SVG. That is pretty nice to know since I work with a metric fuck-ton Of PNG's that could just be saved as SVG's instead to use less memory/storage space.

Newbie here. This might be a stupid question but how did you turn the cat image into svg format? What program(l dont even know if this is the right word. Like i said newbie.lol )did you use to make the cat image an svg?

You can use Canva.com or even Google Drawing to save an image in different formats. There are website that convert images for free such as convertio.co/
