The property includes an 8,000 square-foot home, 11 premier barns with 202 stalls, Dennis Moore-designed tracks, office facility, 13 guest residences, a 7,000 square foot dormitory that sleeps 22, covered hot walkers and round pens, stallion breed ion complex, training facility and a broodmare/foaling operation.
