Before today, I saw a lot of people saying that Tiana’s was intended for Disneyland. And I can see why! This is infinitely better than the one over there. Sure, it has the same scenes, but the size of ours helps the flow just so much more. It breathes the kinetic energy I was missing in the WDW Tiana’s. As for critiques, I think they should do fireflies on either side before the lift hill. Blockage is common there (has always been) and I feel people might end up staring at the blank right wall if there’s nothing to do for awhile. Having fireflies on either side would help that issue, at least in my opinion.

@@TwilightLink77 it’s great synergy. First you get the interior of the city with the pirates of the Caribbean, Tiana’s palace restaurant, reaching the edge of the city with the Haunted mansion, then deep into the bayou with Tiana’s. I love it so much :)))

It's still missing my favorite characters dancing Spoonbill Birds, Lady Butterflies, 3 Frog Hunters Reggie, Darnell, Two Fingers, now Juju the snake is missing by Mama Odie at the end. I want to hear 2 songs playing "When We're Human", "Ma Belle Evangeline". I don't know if the Disneyland Imagineers will ever add those on to the ride. I know Dr. Facilier and his minions and "Friends on the Other Side" won't be on the ride. I hope Disneyland Imagineer workers will at least add more then it'll feel more like Pirates of the Caribbean rather than Jungle Cruise ride.

I love the new ride and I really feel that the songs really match each scene perfectly! But I had the same thought that the fireflies screens should be on either side and then I also had the thought that the screen where Tiana and Louis see us when we are "tiny" should have been above our heads instead of off to the side

The pacing is SO much better with this layout and placement, yeah. This is way better, IMO!

Definitely better than wdw. Since the layout is smaller, there is less dead space and this ride definitely fits better in fast pace. Love the extra dialogue before the first drop and love the slowness in the finale.

Now while this doesn't address my problems with a lack of villain. I can say this is better than WDW. This is proof that this ride was always intended to be a Disneyland attraction. If they were gonna retheme WDW's Splash to this. They should of did something else instead. Like a Country Bear Splash or something...

Even though the Disneyland version of Tiana's Bayou Adventure is better than the one at the Magic Kingdom, I've feel that it could benefit from a few additional touch ups (such as the return of the jumping water, replacing the CGI animation on the screens with hand-drawn animation, the return of some of the American Sings animatronics, and a section featuring Dr. Facilier).

Disneyland automatically does it better not only does Tiana have more voice lines, but the scenes are much closer, it was brilliant of them to separate the band across the bayou instead of all of them together at once, I also love how there is more of a setting behind mama odie before the drop compared to Disney worlds, I really like this pacing as well at 9:35 The only downgrade I have so far is the fact there is no squirting water at 10:20, but overall, it’s better

Sad about the removal of the jumping water and the vibrant colors of the laughing place, that was the one thing Disneyland did better than WDW's Splash Mountain, but the jumping water was the only thing WDW's Tiana kept, but Disneyland removed it. Odd choice. I thought those vibrant colors would've fit really well into this version of the ride, but nope. Just the lame elevator-style dig a little deeper with a couple animatronic frogs and that's it.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure is missing many animatronic characters. To the Disneyland fans, when I seen the video preview of Tiana's Bayou Adventure I was very underwhelmed as I feel it's more like Tiana's Jungle Cruise. Where are the dancing Spoonbill birds? Where are the red and yellow lady butterflies? Where's Reggie, Darnell, Two Fingers hillbilly men? Also where's the 3 possums, 2 alligators, deer? Also where's Lawrence? Also where's Dr. Facilier and his minions shadow spirits, masks, dolls? Also where's 3 of my favorite Princess and the Frog songs "When We're Human", "Ma Belle Evangeline", "Friends on the Other Side"? I feel very underwhelmed and bored with the Princess tea party story. There's no story conflict. No scary scenes. Just some party I don't really care about. I may just ride it once and then immediately go on my least favorite Spinning Teacups ride. It's too bad, this could've been a great ride like Splash Mountain, it should've been more like the Pirate's of the Caribbean ride but instead they went the empty scene Jungle Cruise or Autopia route. Maybe someday in the 2030s this will get rethemed back to The Princess and the Frog retelling ride, or maybe Moana's Shiny Island splash ride. Or Pocahontas Around the Riverbend. It's a ride I'll very likely forget and instead go on Rattlesnake Rapids in Lagoon Utah. And like the Guests from Rollercoaster Tycoon 1, 2 1999-2003, says "I'd rather go on something more Thrilling than Tiana's Bayou Adventure."

After watching this pov, it made me realize how much I miss the differences between both Splash Mountain's Sure DL was built 2 years before MKs, but I like how both have different feels in the way the story is presented, their soundtracks, etc. With Tiana's, it literally just MKs but on a small scale, I know some people will say "the story flows better here" well that's because there's barely a story to begin with ofc it's gonna flow better on a smaller scale. I miss having both Splash Mountain's being unique cuz Tiana's is just meh in comparison Also, I miss the America Sings bots :( shame on Disney for destroying history

tiana fits in the surroundings of disneyland not magic kingdoms area😢 PLUS since the boat is tiny compared to magic kingdoms, all the show scenes are much shorter in height making the place feel full, but in magic kingdom, the themeing is SO VERY EMPTY

guys, WDW got screwed over. imagineering got lazy and/or got little funding by the company. Because this ride does not FIT its magic kingdoms location and ride system. I don't like the fast-paced speed of this one!! Everything goes flying by you too damn fast to be able to record everything as they go flying by you, and I never did like the single rider logs that they have here(even when I was last here at Disneyland waaaaaaaaay back in 1992 when Splash Mountain was here). I prefer the bigger logs at WDW.
